Services Provided
I provide individual therapy services In-Person in South Austin and virtually to all Texas residents 18 years and up through a HIPAA compliant telehealth platform.

✶ $280 per 80-minute session
Insurance
Although I am not in-network with insurance companies, I can provide monthly receipts called “superbills” for insurance reimbursement.

Sliding Scale
I have a sliding-scale waitlist for people who qualify. To increase equity in access to mental healthcare, BIPOC, LGBTQIA+, and disabled people will be prioritized for sliding scale services and on my sliding scale waitlist.

Policies

Consistency is important to the therapeutic process and ensuring progress towards your treatment goals. Out of respect for your time and mine, I maintain a 24 hour cancellation policy for rescheduling or canceling an appointment. If you will not be able to attend your session, I kindly ask you to self-cancel and/or message me to let me know as soon as you are able. Appointments cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled session time will incur the full session penalty fee.

My fees are raised once per year to account for inflation and advanced training cost. I personally fund all advanced trainings and I select trainings with my specific client populations in mind. The annual increase in session rate ensures that I can continue investing in trainings from experts in the counseling field and providing clients with updated, research-informed care.
